Enjoy an early breakfast and then head southwards to Lake Nakuru National Park. You will have a stop at the stunning Nyahururu Falls, a 74 metres waterfall on the Ewaso Ng'iro river, a few kilometres from Lake Ol Bolossat, which drains from the Aberdare Range.

It is situated 3 kilometres from the town of Nyahururu, at 2,360 metres elevation. You will then proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch. Relax and freshen up before your next adventure, an afternoon game drive in the park, that will also take you to the shores of the lake. Lake Nakuru is one of Rift Valley’s lakes at an elevation of 1,754 m above sea level. Lake Nakuru National Park (188 km2, 73 mi2), was created around Lake Nakuru, near Nakuru Town.

It is famous for its thousands, sometimes millions of flamingos nesting along the shores. The surface of the shallow lake is often hardly recognizable due to the continually shifting mass of pink. Dinner will be ready when you get back.

Depart Nakuru after breakfast and drive through the floor of the Rift Valley to the world famous Maasai Mara game reserve, to arrive in time for lunch.
